Luke 8.22-39
When Jesus said, “Let’s go to the other side,” He wasn’t just talking about crossing a lake — He was calling His disciples to trust His word and join his mission. In Luke 8.22–39 we see Jesus’ authority over storms and demons, but more importantly, we see his power to set people free and send them out as witnesses. The question for us is simple: will we shrink back in fear, or step forward in faith to do the works of the kingdom right where God has placed us?
